We Build & Launch Your Listing
We coordinate the included photography, prepare your MLS listing, create the property description, install the approved sign and lockbox, and launch your property to the market.
You Manage Your Sale
Showing requests, buyer inquiries, and offers received by the listing brokerage are communicated to you. You remain in control of decisions regarding showings, pricing, negotiations, terms, and acceptance of offers.
Get It Sold
Once you reach an agreement with a buyer, your title company, lender, attorneys, agents, and other transaction professionals complete the transaction. Additional brokerage services may be available by separate written agreement.

No percentage-based listing commission is charged as part of the standard TNListed flat-rate package. Broker compensation and commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable. All payments must be made with certified funds payable directly to the brokerage — wire transfer or cashier's cheque only.
Need more time? A 90-day listing extension is available for $1,000 under then-current program terms.

Is TNListed a For Sale By Owner service?
No. TNListed is a licensed real estate brokerage listing program. Your property is listed through the applicable brokerage and MLS under the terms of a written listing agreement. The program differs from traditional full-service representation because certain services may be excluded or individually waived in writing.
Will my property be on the MLS?
Eligible properties are entered into the applicable MLS according to MLS rules and the executed listing agreement.
Who handles showings?
The seller approves showing requests and may be responsible for coordinating showings according to the service selections and written waivers contained in the listing agreement.
Who negotiates my offers?
Under the standard TNListed package, the seller directs and conducts negotiations to the extent negotiation assistance has been specifically waived in writing. Additional negotiation services may be available through a separate written agreement.
